stellina's shed cycle is messed up and she doesn't normally start to drop her winter coat until the end of summer/early fall, so i had her scheduled today for a de-shed treatment at the groomer to help speed things up. we normally do this a few times a year and it's always worked out well, gets a ton of hair out of her. but because it's always just been baths and paw trims i guess i never... mentioned to them to not cut the bangs. and so when i got the call to come pick her up and was told "hey she's just about ready, she's being really good today we've gotten a lot of hair out, i'm just going to trim up around her ears and sanitary for you ok?" i said "ok sure!" without a second thought.
